Bio
Vijay joined GrowthPoint Technology Partners in 2015 from Jefferies, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group, advising on sell-side and buy-side M&A, IPOs and follow-on offerings, and debt and LBO transactions across the technology sector. Earlier in his career, Vijay held investment banking roles at JPMorgan’s Telecom, Media, and Technology group in New York and San Francisco, and worked in corporate development and strategic planning at Nextel, now Sprint, as well as a consultant at LCC.
Vijay holds an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
