The GrowthPoint Difference

How we benefit employees

We support our individuals with the resources they need for personal success.

Since the pandemic, we have moved to a more flexible, hybrid model. While in office attendance is around 50/50 on average, our junior staff members are required to work in person so they can learn from senior staff and each other. Those of our senior team who feel comfortable commuting to the office can, but generally do not have to.

Travel is a major factor in our business and our employees are eligible to travel depending on which deals they are part of. We implore our team to travel, both for deal execution and personal endeavors. We are a global firm by nature and believe that exploring internationally leads to stronger business and well-rounded employees.

Our team works around the clock, and we reward and recognize hard work. We offer full time exempt employees a flexible vacation policy and are transparent about taking time off for travel and holidays. We respect the desire to visit family over the holidays and close our offices for two weeks in December.

We are proponents of both mental and physical health—encouraging our team to be active, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We offer every employee $150/month for well-being expenditures.

Our employees are trained to use powerful tools like Pitchbook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and CapitalIQ. We provide our team with laptop computers, home internet, and a corporate mobile phone to ensure they are properly equipped to complete their tasks at any location.

Our full team gathers monthly to train and develop business strategies. We plan fun social events to bond and grow our relationships. We have attended sports events such as Giants and Warriors games, cocktail events, workshops and off-sites in Carmel, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Sunriver, and other sought after destinations.

In addition to health benefits, we also support our employees with tax preparation and advisory services to make sure they are given proper support with their personal finances.

GrowthPoint offers a 401k employer match program.  We also have Cash Balance and Profit-Sharing retirement programs to add to and enhance retirement saving.

We match 100% of every charitable donation our employees make through Charityvest up to $3,000 a year. We encourage our team to volunteer at local charities that support social issues they are passionate about.
