We do this to help us identify you as our client or former client, to process your transactions and requests quickly, to provide M&A Advisory services to you or to tell you about products or services we believe you may want to use.

  • Information from you – When submitting your engagement letter or entering into a relationship with our Company, you may give us information such as your name, address, financial and employment history.
  • Information about your transactions – We may keep information about your transactions with our company, for example, the products you sell or purchase.
  • Information from outside your company – We may also collect other information that may include information from consumer reporting agencies such as verifying your identity through public records.

GrowthPoint Technology Partners provides information about our firm on our website. We provide this information without requesting any information about you. In certain cases where users may want additional information, we will also collect information voluntarily provided to us.
