Rishi has 13+ years of investment banking experience advising founders and boards of tech companies on sell-side M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory. He has closed transactions with strategic acquirers and investors including Google, Microsoft, Cisco, UiPath, Coveo, SAS, ARM, Vista Equity, Accel-KKR, and others. Prior to GrowthPoint, he worked at Woodside Capital Partners, advising emerging tech and healthcare companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked at Silicon Valley Bank, providing debt financing solutions to venture-backed companies across technology and life sciences.
Rishi graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a dual degree in Engineering and Business Economics.
