San Francisco, CA – Today is a proud moment for GrowthPoint and its client, replex GmbH.

Cisco has completed the acquisition of replex, a privately held enterprise software company headquartered in Germany. Replex will help the AppDynamics team grow its product and engineering talent to expand product capabilities to better observe enterprise-scale, cloud-native environments. GrowthPoint’s deal team led by Nick DeRose and Rishi Mehta acted as replex’s exclusive financial advisor.

Cisco originally announced its initial intent to acquire replex in an executive blog post from Linda Tong, GM, Cisco AppDynamics.
