Canada’s Open Text Corp. agreed to buy UK software firm Micro Focus International Plc for about $6 billion including debt, building on a strategy of growth by acquisition with its largest deal yet.

Zuora to Acquire Zephr – Read More

The subscription management platform Zuora has reached an agreement to acquire Zephr, a company that provides personalized paywall software to publishers, for $44 million in an all-cash deal, source has learned. The deal is expected to close in early September.

Snowflake to Acquire Applica – Read More

Snowflake has announced its intent to acquire Poland-based Applica, an AI platform for document understanding. With this acquisition, Snowflake’s customers will be able to more easily leverage unstructured data in the Snowflake Data Cloud.
