Menlo Park, CA — GrowthPoint advised Wave Systems in a transaction with Chime Inc. The acquisition included select assets from Wave, a software security company that provides data protection capabilities for endpoint computing platforms. “Wave Systems has accumulated valuable assets and we were able to bring premium value to Wave’s shareholders in this divestiture,” says Anson Kwan from GrowthPoint.
