By Business Matters

Albion has invested in Convertr Media to aid global expansion.

Convertr is an award winning enterprise technology platform, launched in 2011 by entrepreneurs Emma Bowkett, CEO and Clive Brett, which helps advertisers enhance their digital marketing through real-time efficiencies in customer acquisition and data partnerships.

Bowkett, chief executive of Convertr Media said, “We are delighted to be working with Albion, at such an exciting time.  We are looking forward to the next phase of our company’s development, particularly with Robert’s expertise: he brings immense experience in investing in and working with the technology sector.  We have already proven success at simplifying the marketing journey by integrating our technology, with clients such as Fiat and DWA, and this funding will enable us to build on and expand our offering to a wider international market.”

Whitby-Smith, investment director and partner at Albion Ventures added, “We look forward to working with Emma and the Convertr team. This is an exciting company, with an outstanding team and high profile customers in a high growth market. Albion is an active investor in the digital marketing sector, with current investments in Black Swan, Elateral, Grapeshot, Relayware and Sift. Convertr’s emergence as a next generation digital hub that delivers tangible ROI comes at a time when the marketing sector is actively seeking efficient and transparent technologies”.

Convertr Media works with media agencies, advertisers and publishers including Mediacom, Maxus, iProspect, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Dropbox, Incisive Media and Dennis Publishing.
