Prior to GrowthPoint, Sami was a Fellow with Stanford University’s Long-Term Investing team, where he spent a year at CalPERS on the Private Equity team working on primary fund commitments and co-investments. He also worked at PwC in Vancouver on the Deals Advisory team, where he supported valuation analysis.
Sami graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a certificate in Finance and was a defenseman on the hockey team. He previously spent two years playing professional hockey in Finland and France.
Enjoys: Sami enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, and paddle boarding when time permits.
