Bio
Mike serves as a Director on several corporate boards. Prior to co-founding GrowthPoint, Mike was a Principal at Silicon Valley Bank, advising on software M&A. Earlier, he served as Managing Director of Nextera Interactive through its IPO, working with News Corporation on digital expansion and advising Hilton Hotels, Starwood, and Marriott on early internet strategy. He previously founded and served as President and CEO of Pyramid Imaging Inc., a software and services company focused on financial services and utilities that was acquired by Nextera in 1998. Earlier roles include management consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton and technology leadership at Accenture’s Advanced Technology Group.
Mike graduated with honors from Imperial College London with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, specializing in Biotechnology. He is an Associate of the Royal College of Science, serves on the board of the Imperial College Business School, and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
