As Director of Growth at GrowthPoint Technology Partners, Isaac leads investor outreach and startup engagement, helping founders and investors align around strategic growth and market-readiness. His work directly fuels the firm’s M&A pipeline by identifying, developing, and qualifying high-potential opportunities across enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, and analytics platforms.
Isaac brings a multidisciplinary track record spanning corporate development, corporate venture capital, growth equity, product engineering, and business development.
He has led over 20 direct and fund-of-fund investments, primarily driven by investment theses in Enterprise Software / SaaS. His investment background spans corporate venture capital and growth equity, including more than 12 years leading transactions at Citrix Systems and Realization Capital Partners.
At Citrix, Isaac served as Senior Director of Corporate Venture Capital & Corporate Development, where he led numerous M&A transactions, strategic investments, and OEM partnerships. He collaborated closely with executive and product leadership to define inorganic strategy, execute deals, and drive commercial and product outcomes. Earlier in his career, Isaac spent close to a decade in engineering and product management roles, building enterprise data solutions for the CPG sector.
