(NYSE:EGHT), a leading provider of cloud phone, meeting, collaboration and contact center solutions. GrowthPoint acted as the exclusive financial advisor to MarianaIQ, headquartered in San Mateo, California.
MarianaIQ brings deep learning capabilities to 8×8’s X Series to transform both employee and customer experience. The MarianaIQ team, including founders Venkat Nagaswamy and Soumyadeb Mitra, have been leaders in applying AI and deep learning to practical business problems since 2013, and joined 8×8 to strengthen AI capabilities for enterprise communications.
