Objectives:

  • The establishing and implementation of ground rules for the development and management of an internationally competitive business team, from the MANAGING DIRECTOR to the SHOP FLOOR. 

  • To re-evaluate and ascertain the corporate objectives. 

  • Assess the potential of each team member, their compatibility and their ability to accept the responsibility of their position on the team. 

  • The development of each team member into the abilities, responsibilities and exceptional performance required to fulfil their particular tasks and the corporate objectives. 

  • To create a tough-minded winning team with a culture of exceptional performance.

ALL WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS ARE CUSTOM DESIGNED TO SUITE THE SPECIFIC NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CLIENT AND MAY BE COMBINED WITH AN ONGOING INTERNET BASED STUDY PROGRAMME.


THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

The executive management team will attend a TAG III workshop. This is a 7 day compulsory residential intensive workshop conducted over two periods, phase 1: 4 days and phase 2; 3 days. These workshops are conducted  approximately 1 month apart, and are  specifically tailor made in conjunction with the MD to fulfil the predetermined objectives. 

Phase one is four intensive days masterminding period, where the corporate mission, values and ethical base will be redefined, along with all conditions of employment and any other relevant material. This will be followed by a thirty day practical orientation period designed to reality test the models effectiveness back in the real working environment.

Phase two is a three day Stress Neutralizing Workshop. Here the delegates will be taught physical, mental and emotional relaxation techniques, concentration skills and the use of Alpha / Theta thinking skills to enhance their creativity and problem solving abilities and general quality if life. 

(Maximum of 15 delegates per workshop.)


SENIOR TO MIDDLE MANAGEMENT

Senior to Middle Management will be accommodated on a similar set of Exceptional Performance Workshops that will be custom made at the TAG ll level. 

These are 6 days of compulsory residential intensive workshops conducted over two 3 day periods, approximately 1 month apart.

Phase one will be used to mastermind the practical applications of the corporate mission and all other material ascertained from the Executive Team Workshop. Policies will be evaluated against the Law of Cause and Effect to ensure the input and outcome are conducive to the attainment of the desired results. The delegates will also be required to establish whether their personal goals and aspirations are practical and realistic within the framework of the company while being put through a developmental process that will help them become equal to both the corprate function and their personal aspirations.

This will be followed by a thirty day practical orientation period.

Phase two is a three day Stress Neutralizing Workshop. (Maximum of 20 delegates per workshop.)


LOWER MANAGEMENT
TO SUPERVISORY LEVEL

Lower Management to Supervisory Level will be accommodated on a complementing three day compulsory intensive residential workshop conducted at a TAG l level.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:

  • To teach the basic principles the govern and make the free enterprise system work.
    Realistic aspirations relative to skills, opportunity and industrial climate.

  • Motivating and leading a productive team.
  • To develop the individual as a prerequisite to skills training.

  • Personal development as a prerequisite to increased productivity.

  • To teach the delegate to combat tension and control and use pressure to their advantage.

(Maximum of 25 delegates per workshop.)


SPOUSE WORKSHOPS

Other developmental workshops for spouses are available and can be conducted simultaneously. This will encourage parallel supportive development of the spouses, eliminating friction and domestic distractions in the work place. 


HABIT FORMER FOLLOW-UP SEMINARS

A powerful optional extra

The objective of the Habit Former Seminars is to develop one common philosophy of exceptional performance, for all employees from the Managing Director downwards, creating a work environment for like-minded exceptional people, counteracting the destructive influence of mediocre performance. 

This option of one day seminars, which will be especially developed to address the ongoing requirements of the team, can be presented to the entire staff as an ongoing, habit forming, follow-up programme.

It is strongly advised that the TAG Wealth Builder (personal money and asset management system) becomes the first of the follow-up one day seminars. People who see themselves making financial progress each month become far more motivated and loyal. 

All workshops & seminars will be custom designed in consultation with the Managing Director or CEO.
